 Marriott International and the Cebu-based premier property developer, AppleOne Properties Inc had a groundbreaking ceremony on December 2, 2023 for the JW Marriott Resort and Residences in Panglao, Bohol. JW Marriott Residences will be built on a sever-hectare beachfront property in Panglao, Bohol. It is poised to "offer a u nique lifestyle that combines modern luxury and the holistic mindfullness of the JW Marriott brand." It will be comlemented by the JW Marriott Panglao Island Resort & Spa, poised to be the island's inaugural luxury resort. This venture in Bohol will augment Marriott's extensive portfolio, spanning over 100 hotels across 35 countries, ensuring the new property in Panglao provides "modern conveniences and 5-star amenities." |
